Warm & softly spoken, a truly lovely lady. I first met Maureen in the 1960's when, as Dawn's school friend I was a frequent visitor to their home. Fond memories of Sunday afternoon tea and Maureen always making me feel so very welcome.
Rest in peace now Maureen. Such a gracious lady, you will be sadly missed.

Maureen was a very kind , caring , loyal, thoughtful , beautiful and lovely lady . I am sure that all the children she taught over so many years will always have had fond memories of her as their teacher ...
My memories are mainly from the last few years of us all sitting at your kitchen table together and Karen - you and I walking her from or back to her house ...
It was lovely to see Maureen and I will remember those times ....
She was a very special lady who will always be remembered and missed by all who loved and knew her ...
May she rest in the peace she so deserves to have ...
My thoughts and love are with you all , Ilana xxxx

I met Maureen in 1973, I was a young girl and the French exchange from Karen. Maureen was beautiful, kind and welcoming, it is this face that I will keep in memory.
Rest in peace Maureen 😢🙏
